Did God Send the Ten Commandments?

According to the Book of Exodus in the Torah, the Ten Commandments were revealed to Moses on Mount Sinai. Moses then communicated them to the Israelites, as described in Exodus 19:25. These commandments were inscribed by the finger of God on two stone tablets.
