Did the prophet lose a tooth?

Loss of Tooth by the Prophet Muhammad

Muhammad lost a total of four teeth during the Battle of Uhud when he was struck by a battle axe. It is believed that while two of the teeth were lost, one of them was preserved and is now located in the Topkapi Palace, whereas another tooth was kept by Mehmed II.
