There are certain Muslims who hold the view that guidance in Islam should derive solely from the Quran, thus dismissing the validity of hadith. Additionally, some of these individuals argue that many hadiths are likely forgeries, created in the 8th and 9th centuries CE, and are inaccurately attributed to the Prophet Muhammad.
