Dreaming in Color Across Age Groups

In two different studies, it was found that around 80% of participants under the age of 30 reported experiencing color in their dreams. However, this percentage noticeably declined as age increased, dropping to roughly 20% by the time individuals reached 60. Furthermore, the incidence of dreaming in color saw an uptick from 1993 to 2009, but this trend was only observed among those in their 20s, 30s, and 40s.
