Does Allah know what I think?

Indeed, Allah is aware of our thoughts.

The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) stated, "Actions are evaluated by intentions (niyyah), which means that every individual will be rewarded according to the intentions they hold in their hearts." This clearly indicates that God possesses knowledge of our thoughts, affirming that He is all-knowing.
