The key to creating curved doors lies in their layered construction. Each curved door, unit, and kickboard is constructed using multiple sheets of 1.5mm plywood that are bonded together. This layering technique enables the final panel to flex when pressure is applied, as the individual layers are able to slide slightly against one another, allowing the desired curve to form.
