Is it OK to pray to God for what we want?

When we engage in prayer, it's common to express our desires to God. However, only He truly understands what is best for us. Therefore, it’s important to pray while immersing ourselves in the Bible. We are reassured of God's love for us, as reflected in the scripture, "God so loved the world." Additionally, we can find comfort in His promise that He is always with us: "Jesus said, I will never leave nor forsake you." Remember, God knew us even before we came into this world.
