Is the Quran in clear Arabic?

Indeed, the Quran is in Clear Arabic

In Surah An-Nahl (Chapter 16), it is mentioned: "And We are well aware of their claims: 'It is merely a human being who instructs the Prophet.' Yet, the tongue of the individual they are referencing is not Arabic, while this Qur'an is undeniably clear in the Arabic language."
