Solomon's Request for Wisdom

In his prayer to God, Solomon expressed, “Grant your servant an understanding heart... so that I may distinguish between good and evil.” In response, God blessed him with “a wise and discerning heart.” Hence, wisdom is recognized as the ability to identify what is right and wrong, affirming that both good and evil are indeed real concepts.
