God's View on Pride

“Pride leads to nothing but conflict” (Proverbs 13:10a). “A person with a haughty heart creates dissension” (Proverbs 28:25a). When God opposes the proud, it means that the arrogant individual is disconnected from Him. Anyone—be it a man, woman, or child—who is disengaged from fellowship with God will inevitably struggle to maintain harmonious relationships with others.
