In paradise, houris are said to possess the same age as the men. According to hadith, individuals in heaven will be approximately 30 to 33 lunar years old, which corresponds to about 29 to 32 years in the Gregorian solar calendar. The word "houris" appears only four times in the Quran, although there are several indirect references to them, often referred to as azwāj, which means companions or spouses.
