Prayer of Commendation

As you approach the end of this earthly journey, we offer this commendation. Amen. I place you, beloved brother/sister, in the hands of Almighty God and entrust your spirit to your Creator. May you find your way back to Him who fashioned you from the dust of the earth. May the blessed Mary, the angels, and all the saints welcome you as you depart from this life.
