What Surah has no Bismillah?

In the practice of reciting the Quran, it is customary for the reciter to begin each Surah with the phrase Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim (In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful). However, this does not apply to Surah At-Tawbah, which is an exception to this rule.
