Which āyāt starts without Bismillah?

Surah Al-Bara'at (also known as Surah At-Tawbah) is unique in that it does not begin with the phrase Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim, which translates to 'In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.'
