Hair
Since ancient times, Arab poets have celebrated long hair in their verses, viewing it as an enduring symbol of feminine beauty. One of the first features that attract a man to a woman is her long, cascading hair. To achieve and maintain such hair, it is essential to follow a healthy diet rich in nutrients that promote hair growth and to apply nourishing natural treatments for the hair follicles. In this article, we will explore effective methods for lengthening hair without the use of oils.
Methods for Lengthening Hair Without Oils
Onion Juice
To use onion juice, apply it directly to the scalp and massage in circular motions. Leave it on for twenty minutes, then wash it out with water and shampoo. Alternatively, you can boil onions in water for a few minutes and use that water to rinse your hair.
Fenugreek Seeds
Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in water for five minutes, then grind them with a little water. Next, add two teaspoons of coconut milk to the mixture. Apply this blend to your hair and leave it on for half an hour before rinsing.
Potato Juice
Mix potato juice with egg white and a small amount of honey. Apply the mixture to your hair and let it sit for two hours before rinsing. Additionally, you can massage the scalp with potato juice and leave it for fifteen minutes prior to washing.
Banana
Rich in potassium and various vitamins that promote hair growth and strength, bananas can be used effectively. Mash a banana and massage it into your scalp and hair. Cover your hair with a shower cap or a plastic bag and leave it for forty-five minutes before washing.
Henna
Combine a cup of henna paste with a quarter cup of yogurt, a few drops of lemon juice, and one egg. Apply the resulting mixture to your hair, cover it, and let it sit for three hours or overnight. Rinse thoroughly, and repeat this treatment for three weeks.
Green Tea
Green tea is loaded with antioxidants, making it an effective remedy for hair loss and also beneficial for hair lengthening. Brew the green tea, apply it to your scalp and hair, and let it sit for one hour before rinsing. This treatment can be repeated once a week.
Black Pepper
To prepare a mixture, combine two tablespoons of black pepper with half a cup of lemon juice. Apply this solution to the scalp, cover it with a warm towel, and leave it on for half an hour before washing it out.
