In numerous regions across the globe, especially in the Middle East, there is a noticeable decline in tolerance. This pattern appears to be a long-standing issue that is unlikely to be altered by the influence of the Internet. While individuals may gain a greater awareness of differences among each other, this does not equate to an increase in tolerance.
