Prayers for Children’s Quick Recovery

Prayers for the Swift Recovery of Children

Muslims can pray for healing in any form, as there are no specific prayers designated solely for the rapid recovery of children. Below are some well-known and general supplications:

  • (In the name of Allah, I recite for you from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envying eye. May Allah cure you; in the name of Allah, I recite for you).
  • (Remove the affliction, O Lord of mankind, and heal. You are the Healer; there is no healing but Your healing—a healing that leaves no sickness behind).
  • (I seek refuge in the complete words of Allah from every devil, every poisonous pest, and from every envious eye).
  • (I ask Allah, the Exalted, the Lord of the Great Throne, to heal you).
  • O Allah, I ask You to grant my child complete healing, to protect him from pain and suffering.
  • O Allah, heal my children promptly, have mercy on their little bodies, and grant them the blessing of health, keeping them steadfast in wellness.

  • O Allah, I have children who are suffering from illness and enduring fatigue and pain. I am helpless, and nothing is within my power. The matter is Yours, and healing is Yours, so bestow it upon me and my children.
  • O Allah, strengthen my children’s bodies and keep them safe from all ailments.
  • O Allah, I hope for Your mercy upon me and my little children.

  • I ask You, my Lord, to decree rapid recovery for my children and for every sick person who has been worn down by illness, kept awake by fever, and disturbed by pain.

  • O Allah, have mercy on my weakness and helplessness; have mercy on my heart and mind; have mercy on my troubled state and my inadequacy. I stand powerless before my children’s sickness, unable to provide them with healing or remedies—healing is indeed in Your hands.
