Prayers for Tawjihi Students During Studying

Below are some prayers that Tawjihi students may recite while studying and preparing for exams:

  • (O Lord, increase my knowledge).
  • (O Lord, grant me wisdom and join me with the righteous).
  • (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from worry and sorrow, from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess; and I seek refuge with You from the burden of debt and the oppression of people).
  • (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from knowledge that does not benefit, a heart that does not humble itself, a supplication that is not heard, and a soul that is never satisfied).
  • (O Allah, I ask You for the good of this day, its openings, victories, light, blessings, and guidance, and I seek refuge with You from the evil that lies within it and the evil that comes after it).
  • (O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no deity but You. In You, I place my trust, and You are the Lord of the mighty throne).
  • (O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, teach me what is beneficial for me, and increase my knowledge; and praise be to You in every situation. I seek refuge with You from the punishment of the Fire).
  • (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from knowledge that does not benefit, a heart that does not humble itself, a supplication that is not heard, and a soul that is never satisfied).
  • O Allah, remind me of what I have forgotten, safeguard what I have learned, and increase my knowledge.
  • In the name of Allah, the Knower and the Opener, who taught man what he did not know. In the name of Allah, the Giver, O Allah, by Your beautiful names and exalted attributes, open my mind and enlighten my heart.
  • O Allah, assist me, bless my time, grant me physical strength and mental resilience. O Allah, with Your power and strength, I have no strength or power except through You. Grant me success in my studies.
  • O Allah, I bear witness that I study for Your sake, with the intention of benefiting my nation. O Allah, You have commanded us to seek knowledge, and I am fulfilling that command. Grant me sincerity and accept from me, and make what I study weigh in my favor on the Day of Judgment.
  • O Allah, I seek Your assistance, O Lord of the worlds, make every difficult task easy for me.
  • O Lord, You know my condition, You see my distress; do not let this year pass without me being among those who succeed.
  • O Allah, I study with the intention of pleasing You and out of respect for my parents, fulfilling their kindness towards me. Do not leave me disappointed and ease my affairs.

Prayers Before Leaving Home for Tawjihi Students

Here are some prayers from the Sunnah that students may recite before leaving home on the exam day:

  • (In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah; there is no power and no might except through Allah).
  • (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from being misguided or misguiding others, from slipping or causing others to slip, from oppressing or being oppressed, and from being ignorant or having ignorance imposed upon me).

Prayers Before the Exam for Tawjihi Students

Here are some prayers that students can recite before their exams:

  • (O Lord, open my chest for me, ease my affairs for me, and untie the knot in my tongue so that they may understand my speech).
  • (O Allah, place light in my heart, light in my sight, light in my hearing, light on my right, light on my left, light above me, light below me, light in front of me, light behind me, and grant me light).
  • (O Allah, there is no ease except what You have made easy, and You make sadness easy when You wish).
  • In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, I begin my exam; O Allah, make it easy and smooth.
  • O Lord, grant me success and bless me with the marks I aspire to. O Allah, You are the Healer of hearts and the Answerer of prayers, please grant my supplication and soothe my heart.
  • O Allah, remind me if I forget, and teach me if I am ignorant.
  • O Allah, ease my affairs, be with me, and grant me the highest marks from where I do not expect.
  • O Allah, I have taken the necessary steps, I rely on You, I have entrusted my affairs to You, and I ask for Your assistance and write for me goodness and the happiness of the successful ones.
  • O Lord, bestow tranquility and serenity upon my heart, and distance me from anxiety and fear.
