The more they engage their tongues in remembrance, the closer they grow to Allah. Below are some beautiful and diverse morning prayers:

Beautiful Morning Prayers for Abundance

Among the beautiful morning prayers for seeking sustenance, which can be recited either in the morning or at any other time, are the following:

  • (O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the Mighty Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, You are the Evident, and there is nothing above You. You are the Hidden, and there is nothing below You; You revealed the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion. You split the seed and the core. I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything You’re grasping by the forelock. You are the First, and there is nothing before You, and You are the Last; there is nothing after You. Settle our debts and free us from poverty.)
  • (O Allah, Owner of the Kingdom, You give the Kingdom to whom You will, and You take away the Kingdom from whom You will; You honor whom You will and humiliate whom You will. In Your Hand is all goodness, and You are over all things competent; the Most Merciful in this world and the hereafter. You give to whom You will and withhold from whom You will. Shower me with a mercy that makes me self-sufficient from the mercy of anyone but You.)
  • (O Allah, Remover of worries, Disperser of grief, Answerer of the supplications of the distressed, Most Merciful in this world and the hereafter, You have mercy on me; grant me mercy that makes me self-sufficient from the mercy of anyone but You.)
  • (All praise is due to You, O Allah; there is no barrier to what You have extended, and no extender to what You have withheld; there is no guide for whom You lead astray, and no one can mislead those You have guided; nor can anyone give what You have withheld, nor can anyone withhold what You have given.)
  • (O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good sustenance, and accepted deeds.)
  • (O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and wealth.)
  • (O Allah, spread upon us Your blessings, mercy, grace, and provision.)
  • (O Allah, make me content with what You have provided me, bless it, and replace every absentee of mine with goodness.)
  • (O Allah, You of vast mercy, You who knows the secrets of hearts and hidden thoughts, nothing is hidden from You. I ask You for an outpouring of Your blessings, a grasp of Your divine light, and comfort and relief from Your boundless generosity. In Your Hand is the command of everything, and the keys to all.)
  • (O Allah, grant us that which pleases our eyes and makes us self-sufficient from the asking of others, for You are Most Generous, abundant in gifts, and possess noble traits. We are waiting at Your door, anticipating Your wide-known generosity, O Generous, O Merciful.)
  • (O Allah, provide for me expansive, halal, and good sustenance without effort, and answer my supplication without rejection. I seek refuge in You from the two disgraceful matters: poverty and debt.)
  • (O Allah, O Sustainer of the seekers, O Merciful towards the needy, O Strong One, O Best of supporters, O Protector of the believers, O Rescuer of the distressed, to You alone do we worship, and from You alone do we seek assistance.)
  • (O Allah, if my sustenance is in the heavens, then send it down; if it is on earth, then bring it forth; if it is distant, draw it closer; and if it is near, ease it. And if it is abundant, bless it, O Most Merciful of the merciful.)
  • (O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad and upon the family of our master Muhammad, and make me suffice with what is lawful over that which is prohibited, and with obedience over disobedience, and grant me favor over those beside You, O Lord of the worlds.)

I ask You by every name belonging to You, with which You named Yourself or revealed in Your Book or taught to one of Your creations or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen with You; to make the Holy Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness, and the escape from my worries.)
  • (There is no deity but Allah, the Great, the Forbearing; there is no deity but Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth, and Lord of the Mighty Throne.)

So, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and relieve my suffering, for You are the Most Merciful of the merciful, and there is no deity but You. Glory be to You, indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers.)

  • (O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness for every sin I have walked towards knowingly or yielded my hand to, or gazed at with my eyes, or listened to with my ears, or uttered with my tongue, or wasted what You provided me with. Then, I sought Your provision while disobeying You, and You provided me, and I sought refuge in Your provisions against my disobedience, and You concealed my sins. I asked for increase, and You did not deprive me, and You continuously return to me with Your patience and kindness, O Most Generous of the generous.)

Recommended Morning Remembrances and Prayers

It is recommended to consistently engage in the morning remembrances, as they serve as a strong fortress for believers. Below are prayers and remembrances from the Prophet that are recommended for morning recitation:

  • Ayat al-Kursi: (Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Greatest.)
  • (Say, “He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.”)
  • (Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak from the evil of that which He created and from the evil of darkness when it settles and from the evil of the blowers in knots and from the evil of an envier when he envies.”)

My Lord, I seek refuge in You from laziness and the trials of old age, and I seek refuge in You from punishment in the Fire and punishment in the grave.)
  • Muhammad’s Best Supplication: (O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no deity except You. You created me, and I am Your servant, and I am upon Your covenant and promise, as much as I can.
