Ahmed Eid was born and raised in Dakahlia, Egypt, where he spent most of his formative years. From a young age, he developed a passion for the arts and believed he had a natural talent. Initially, he enrolled in the Faculty of Agriculture, but soon realized he wanted to pursue a career in the performing arts and transferred to the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. His inclination leaned towards comedy, although he also excelled in dramatic roles. In an interview with Al Arabiya, he expressed that although he is proficient in drama, he has had limited opportunities in that genre.

Ahmed Eid took his first steps in the entertainment industry with a minor role in the movie Halaq Hosh. This early part did not attract significant public attention, as he portrayed a thin bank guard. However, this role enabled him to connect with the renowned comedian Mohamed Henedi, leading to a small part in the film Saidi in the American University. The dedicated and humble Ahmed Eid faced challenges in finding suitable roles, carefully selecting parts that aligned with his aspirations.
