Invocations for Attracting Prosperity

Invocations for Attracting Abundance

Abundance is a central concern for many individuals. People often dedicate their efforts and hard work to fulfill their needs while seeking God’s blessings for increased provision and prosperity. Below, we highlight some prayers and invocations believed to attract abundance, with God’s permission:

The Importance of Seeking Forgiveness and Expressing Gratitude

Engaging in frequent acts of seeking forgiveness is a proven means to attract abundance, as indicated by God’s words in the Holy Quran: “(So I said, ‘Seek forgiveness from your Lord. Indeed, He is Forgiving. He will send rain from the sky upon you in [continuing] showers, and give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers).”

Additionally, expressing gratitude and thanks to God for His blessings and favors is essential in attracting more provisions. This is reaffirmed in the following verse: “(And [mention] when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase your favor upon you).”

Notable Supplications to Attract Abundance

Numerous prophetic supplications are dedicated to requesting abundance. Here are several examples:

  • (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and sadness, incapacity and laziness, cowardice and miserliness, the burden of debt, and the overpowering of men).
  • (O Allah, suffice me with what is lawful and keep me away from what is unlawful, and enrich me with Your bounty, so that I may not need anyone besides You).
  • (O God, Lord of the heavens and earth and Dominator of the mighty throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, He who splits the grain and the seed, and sends down the Torah, Gospel, and Quran, I seek refuge in You from the evil of every being You hold by its forelock; You are the First; nothing was before You, and You are the Last; nothing comes after You, and You are the Manifest; nothing is above You, and You are the Hidden; nothing is beneath You. Clear us of our debts and enrich us from poverty).
  • (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sloth and old age, sins and debts, from the trials of the grave and punishment in it, and from the temptation and torment of Hellfire, and from the evil of the temptation of wealth; and I seek refuge in You from the trial of poverty).

General Prayers for Abundance

A believer can turn to God for their needs, as stated in the Quran: “(And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me).” Below are some general prayers that one can invoke when seeking abundance:

  • O Solver of troubles and Fulfillers of needs, grant my request and alleviate my distress, and provide for me from where I least expect.
  • My God, I call upon You as one who is profoundly in need, weakened in strength, and lacking resources; the prayer of a desperate, drowning soul who has no remedy for their sins except You.
  • O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, and relieve my suffering; indeed, You are the Most Merciful, and there is no deity but You. Glory be to You; I have been of the wrongdoers. Glory be to Allah and praise Him, according to the number of His creations, His contentment, the weight of His throne, and the extent of His words.
  • O You who manifest beauty and conceal the ugly, who does not expose the secrets, O Exalted Forgiver, O Beautiful Pardoner, O Vast Forgiver, O Generous Giver, O Hearer of all supplications, O Default of all complaints, O Noble Forgiver, O Great Benefactor, O Solver of troubles, You initiate blessings even before they are deserved. Forgive us, provide us, bless us in what You have granted us, and be pleased with us.
  • O Allah, O Allah, O Allah, I ask You by the one whose right upon You is immense, to send blessings upon Muhammad and his family, to grant me the ability to act upon what You have taught me regarding Your rights, and to bless me with Your provisions.
  • O Allah, You are the All-Encompassing Merciful, who sees all secrets, thoughts, and intentions; nothing escapes You. I ask You for a stream of Your bounty, a handful of the light of Your sovereign, and comfort and relief from the sea of Your generosity. You hold all affairs in Your hands and the keys to everything.
  • O Allah, grant me what my eyes long for and make me self-sufficient from asking anyone else, as You are all-encompassing in generosity, abundant in kindness, and of good character. We stand at Your door, awaiting the widespread bounty for which we yearn, O Generous, O Merciful.
  • O Allah, for You is all praise and gratitude, in a manner befitting the majesty of Your face and the greatness of Your sovereignty.
  • O Allah, honor my face with abundance and do not humiliate me with scarcity, so that I must seek provision from others and appeal to those of ill character. Preserve me from the gratitude of one who gives and protect me from the disdain of one who withholds, for You are the ultimate answerer and denier behind it all.
  • O Allah, grant me a wide, lawful, and wholesome provision without toil, and answer my supplication without rejection. I seek refuge in You from the disgrace of poverty and debt.
  • O Allah, You are the Provider for those who ask, the Merciful toward the needy, the Strong One, the Best of Helpers, the Guardian of the believers, and the Rescuer of those who seek refuge. You alone we worship, and in You alone we seek assistance.
  • O Allah, if my provision is in the heavens, send it down; if it is on the earth, bring it forth; if it is far, draw it nearer; if it is near, make it easy; and if it is abundant, bless it. You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
  • O Allah, facilitate my provision, and protect me from greed and fatigue in its pursuit, from preoccupying worries and from humiliation before Your creation.
  • O Allah, make lawful provisions easy for me and hasten them, as You are the best answerer.
  • O Allah, I praise You abundantly and thank You sincerely in a manner befitting the glory of Your face and the greatness of Your sovereignty.
  • O Allah, You who extends Your hands in generosity, glory be to Him who divides provisions without neglecting anyone. Enable my hand to be generous in giving and do not allow it to be poor in asking, for You are capable of all things.
  • O Allah, grant me provision in such a way that no one has claim over it, nor consequence for me in the hereafter, out of Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
  • All praise is due to Allah, to whom everything yields in greatness, to whom all things submit in power, to whom all things humble themselves in honor, and to whom everything is subject in sovereignty.
  • Praise be to Allah, who does not forget those who remember Him, praise be to Allah, who does not disappoint those who rely on Him, and praise be to Allah, who suffices those who trust in Him.
  • Praise be to Allah, who does not forsake those who depend on Him, praise be to Allah, who is our trust when our expectations falter, and praise be to Allah, who is our hope when our solutions seem to fail.
  • O Allah, send blessings upon our master Muhammad and upon the family of our master Muhammad, sufficing me with what is lawful over what is unlawful, with obedience over disobedience, and with Your favor over others, O Lord of the worlds. And may Allah’s blessings be upon Muhammad and upon his companions.
