Natural Remedies for Treating Skin Fungi
- Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with water. Apply the mixture to the affected areas and leave it for at least thirty minutes before rinsing it off. Apple cider vinegar is known for its natural acidity that effectively combats various fungi.
- Yogurt: Soak a clean cotton ball in yogurt and apply it to the infected areas for five minutes. Leave it on for another thirty minutes, then rinse with water.
- Garlic: Combine one teaspoon of crushed garlic with half a teaspoon of olive oil. Apply this mixture to the affected areas and let it sit for a minimum of twenty minutes before rinsing off. This remedy can be repeated up to three times daily.
- Tea Tree Oil: Mix one tablespoon each of olive oil and tea tree oil. Apply to the affected areas and let it rest for at least twenty minutes before washing it off.
- Coconut Oil: Mix equal parts of cinnamon oil and coconut oil. Apply to the areas affected by fungi and leave for ten minutes before rinsing. It is advisable to use this remedy three times a day.
- Oregano Oil: Combine one teaspoon of oregano oil with half a teaspoon of olive oil. Apply this mixture to the fungi-affected areas and leave for at least one hour before rinsing.

- Cranberry Juice: Consuming a cup of cranberry juice daily can effectively eliminate fungi.
