Prophetic Sayings
The Prophetic sayings, or Hadith, are a form of divine revelation from Allah, bestowed upon His Messenger, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Allah states in the Quran: (And he does not speak from [his own] inclination. It is not but a revelation revealed), meaning that the words of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are not merely from personal desires; they are, in fact, a revelation from Allah. Every command he gives, every prohibition he emphasizes, and every legislation he establishes comes directly through divine revelation from Allah, the Most High.
