Supplications After Maghrib Prayer
There are several important supplications that can be recited after the obligatory prayers, including the following:
- (There is no deity but Allah alone, with no partners. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him is due all praise, and He has power over all things. O Allah, there is no one to withhold what You have granted, and there is no one who can grant what You have withheld, and the influence of the influential will not avail against You).
- (There is no deity but Allah alone, with no partners. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him is due all praise, and He has power over all things. There is no power and no strength except by Allah. There is no deity but Allah, and we worship none but Him. To Him belong the bounties, and for Him is the superiority, and for Him is the beautiful praise. There is no deity but Allah, making our religion sincere for Him, even if the disbelievers dislike it) – recite once.
- The Messenger of Allah said: (Whoever glorifies Allah thirty-three times after each prayer, praises Him thirty-three times, and magnifies Him thirty-three times, this makes a total of ninety-nine, and to complete one hundred, they say: There is no deity but Allah alone, with no partners. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him is due all praise, and He has power over all things, his sins will be forgiven, even if they were like the foam of the sea).
